Which Areas Deliver?
Sneakershoes.pk offers nationwide delivery, including major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi) as well as smaller towns; however, delivery cannot be made to any areas that are not serviced by our logistics partners.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and area:
- Major Cities/Regions: 2-5 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3-7 business days
Delivery time frames begin with order confirmation; Sundays and recognised public holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping rates will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Payment Options
Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered in most areas; however, for high-value items and in some remote locations, advance payment may be required.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking information may be available via a tracking ID, depending on the logistics provider. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact our support team.
Inspect Your Package
Always inspect your packages upon delivery, and if they appear to have been damaged or tampered with, please report this immediately. Any claims made after that will not likely be accepted.
